Temperature controllers and ignition boxes

Our ignition boxes and temperature controllers are designed for combustion and heat control on construction machines.

They are mainly used for screed temperature control on an asphalt paver. In this case, the actual temperature of the screed is determined by means of a temperature sensor.

If the temperature falls below an adjustable minimum value, a gas valve will be opened and a flame will be ignited. If no flame is detected, the valve will close again and an alarm condition will be indicated. If the gas has been inflamed, the screed will be heated up to the desired value. If the flame extinguishes, the gas valve will close to prevent deflagration.

The Teco-01 is the high end device allowing the control of up to four ignition and temperature controllers at the same time.
